Pop ups? Pop up stopper
Someone mentioned today while looking at the site that they were coming across consoles. You might be as well, so here is a litle information for you.
Google Toolbar includes a pop up stopper. Its pretty awesome, and everyone should have it installed if they use IE.
Its 100% spyware free, allows google.com searches right in your browser (without going to google.com) and includes a bunch of free nav tools, including blogspot built right in. Oh and its free.
If that doesnt work and you're still seeing quite a few pop ups, you need to run some anti spyware programs. you need to look in google or any search engine for "spybot" and "Adaware". These programs will remove any spyware you may have installed on your computer. Any adware/spyware that is on your computer can be causing phantom pop ups at any site.
I am "cfporn.com". I am Console Free Porn. I fucking despise pop up windows. I'd never use them on a site willingly, however, some of the sites I link to may have pop ups. Cant be helped. Take the inititiave, get the toolbar, or get a browser that allows stopping of pop ups automatically, such as Netscape or Opera.
Or, you can just wait on the Windows XP service pack 2.0, which has built in pop up stoppers.
