Update - Just found this article that was pretty informative. Turns out this was the Novemeber 2004 issue, if you’re looking to obtain it. There is a nice Tammy Plante Interview here as well. She is one stunning fucking lady.
Now that I see some more pictures of her, she really does look a lot like the skinny blond from We Live Together, which frankly I think i’m going to go masturbate to right now… and think… tammy… tammy!
