Sales are down, so am I :(
Well, in 2001, 9/11, i found out something they dont tell you in college. Online commerce often slows down during natural disasters. I mean think about it, how much have you personally spent this past week?
To make it worse, I think the adult industry gets hit a lot harder. Traffic is up, or the same, on most of my sites but sales are down.
Hey, that’s great in a way. If people are donating their money instead of spending it on adult entertainment I’m glad. If people are too busy helping out other folks to buy online goods, I’m glad.
But in a way, its real bad for me. my income is directlyr elated to this, if i’m not making money here, I’ve got nothing to donate. I’ve got no time to work hard and help out other folks. Right now that’s the case 
Kind of makes me feel sad and impotent and dumb. Ah well tho, what can ya do? A million people made homeless need help. Tens of millions of americans are reaching into their pockets, and opening their homes, and spending their time volunteering, all to make things work for these poor folks. Cant expect us all to chip in.
I will say, that, if you’re one of those people who do have a lot of disposal income, and have been thinking of purchasing some adult stuff from your favorite blogs or sites, today would be a great day to do it. I assure you, most webmasters I know, have taken their time and their money to send it right to these efforts.
When you spend a 1.00 or 5.00 on a trial membership it often translates to a lot more dollars to the webmaster who sent you there. That’s money they can turn around and use either for themselves, or their families, or the fellow americans in need.
I dunno, this probably sounds all whiney and whatever. Its just been a tough week all around. Sorry for bringing this whiny emo shit to your front step when you’re here for porn.
